Throughout her dynamic career, Vanessa has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. Her journey began at the tender age of 17, while still in high school, when she took on a recruiting role for a vibrant non-profit arts organization.
Vanessa’s passion and dedication were instrumental in gaining recognition for the organization and landing her story, along with her team’s, on the front page of the LA Times within a year. This early success marked the start of an impressive professional journey for Vanessa.
She effectively managed high sales traffic, maintained a high employee retention rate, and conducted interviews and training for new hires. In recognition of her contributions, she was promoted to Advisor to the President of the franchise in 2019.
Continually motivated by her desire for growth, Vanessa has helped shape company policies and handbooks, providing guidance for employees, and aligning their efforts with the company’s growth objectives. In 2021, she established a strong foothold in the fast-food industry, playing a pivotal role in the launch of three new restaurants in Santa Clarita. Thanks to the collective efforts of her team, these establishments gained rapid popularity within the community and were recognized by the Chamber of Commerce, all within a year of opening.
